We specialize in the production of seals and other silicone products from HTV blends. Depending on the method of crosslinking, we prepare peroxide and additive mixtures. Due to physiological and thermal indifference, our silicone products are used in contact with food, in electronics, automotive industry, military equipment, in the fast-growing space industry and wherever the most difficult conditions of moisture or fire hazards exist – especially in mining industry, heavy industry and chemical industry. For our production we use raw materials of renowned manufacturers in the world market, among others, Wacker and Bluestar.

Silicone seals

We produce silicone seals, hoses and cords made of HTV blends with hardness from 30˚ to 80˚ Shore, in different colors from RAL palette, as well as high thermal strength from -70˚ C to + 300˚ C while maintaining its properties and flexibility.

Silicone products

For silicone products, we use the traditional molding method pressed on volcanic presses. It helps to reduce the cost of prototype and small-scale products.

Production of HTV blends

We produce HTV blends on special order based on raw materials from the best manufacturers. HTV blends can be vulcanized with the use of peroxide or addition with the use of a platinum catalyst. All our blends are subjected to quality control.
